Jakarta, 18 Maret 2021. PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi  Tbk. (“HITS”) mencatatkan skor 99,33 dengan predikat “Very Good/Sangat Baik” berada pada level 4 dalam pencapaian Assessment Good Corporate Governance (GCG) atau penilaian tata kelola perusahaan yang baik pada 2021 berdasarkan ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) yang dilakukan oleh konsultan independen atau asesor PT Mitra Bhadra Consulting. Pelaksanaan penilaian dilakukan sejak 20 Desember 2021 dan berakhir pada 4 Maret 2022.

 

“Saya atas nama Direksi mengucapkan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya dan rasa terima kasih mendalam atas segala usaha, upaya dan kerja sama seluruh karyawan di seluruh lini organisasi,“ kata Kemal Imam Santoso, Direktur Utama HITS. 

 

“Bangga sekaligus bersyukur, meskipun di tengah tantangan pandemi Covid-19, peningkatan skor GCG 2021 juga berhasil melebihi dari target yang ditetapkan, semula kami hanya menargetkan memperoleh skor 90-95,” tambah Kemal. 

 

“Awalnya deg-degan juga, ketika diberikan target oleh manajemen. Namun, dengan keyakinan bahwa setiap aspek compliance, kami selalu penuhi sesuai regulasi dan peraturan,” kata Okty Saptarini M, Corporate Secretary HITS. 

 

“Ke depan, Manajemen berkomitmen untuk menjadikan GCG sebagai budaya pengelolaan perusahaan yang teguh pada prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi serta kewajaran dan kesetaraan.” Kata Kemal. Selain itu, setiap pengambilan keputusan, senantiasa dilandasi oleh nilai moral tinggi serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, tambahnya.
